l bought a NOKIA handphone last August… but after no more than half of year..l found that my hp screen got some problem… so..l decided to take the hp to repair at NOKIA centre… When l arrived Nokia Centre, one of the stuff there told me to take back the hp after an hour…. 1 hour past… when l back to Nokia Centre…the stuff told me that my hp maybe need to try to clean up….and asked me to come back around two- three hours…. okay… then l back to the Nokia Centre again….around 7pm…. at the time, the stuff told me that my hp was facing a serious problem…so she told me they suggested for modile 220( first of all l not really understand what’s that mean…) and then she said if after the repairation teh hp still can’t back to normal then need another modile 200 …(then l asked her what problem with my hp…she still repaeated the same speech, then l asked her directly …izzit l have to paid RM220 first and then maybe l need to paid another RM200…).at last she said yes… so…l decided not to repair…l better use it coz it still can use just the screen problem(sometime not clear)….after l took back my hp ..l found that my hp doesn’t work anymore….. then l asked the stuff…she said my hp was seriouly damage…btu l argued to her that before l sent the hp to u..it still in condition..l still can use it to make call, sms, capture photos, filming…..but NOW….it TOTALLY BROKEN… then the stuff said they can’t predict what will going happen after they celan up the hp..it might be broken…the l said why before you decided to clean up my hp..they supposed told me the possibility after clean up the hp…but .unfortunately tehy didn’t:( My hp still under warranty..but they just like ignoring it….after my hp doesn’t work anymore….they even never try to help me to make it recover as l sent to here before…. the stuff was really irresponsebility…..and l was really disappointed of NOKIA customer services….!! Who going to tell me …what l can do for my own right?????
